It's not like I haven't been doing crafty stuff. It's basically all my day is filled with. Here's just a sample of something I have dyed recently. I was going for black where the gray is, but that didn't work out. It's kind of frustrating, I haven't been able to get black with my "True Black" dye. I think the problem is it isn't concentrated enough. Yesterday I dyed up some BFL that I wanted to be dark blue, olive green, and black, but it came out a brilliant blue, yellowy-green, and gray. I have to admit, the result was unexpected, but I love it!
I've been wanting to get into screen printing. I saw a kit on dharma trading co., and I really want to buy it and get started! Here's a cool tutorial I saw. The only problem is, I'm constantly trying new things and wanting to do this or that. I feel like I should calm down and get some other stuff done before diving headfirst into something new. But I can't resist... it's in my nature, and screen printing is so cool! :)
